Petham Village Hall as a Wedding Venue

The village hall is situated in a rural setting within the picturesque village of Petham, only a 10 minute drive from Canterbury. The hall is in a quiet part of the village, approx. 150 metres from the beautiful All Saints Church and surrounded by open fields. The hall is available for wedding receptions throughout the year.

Hirers have sole use of the whole building with access available from late afternoon the day before (for setting up and for outside caterers if they are using the hall’s kitchen) until late afternoon the following day for clearing up.

The main hall can seat up to about 130 wedding guests (or can be divided into two separate rooms for smaller parties) The hall all opens directly onto the attractive, landscaped gardens to the rear, which can be utilised as part of the wedding venue, enabling guests to mingle inside and out (weather depending!) There is also a large, welcoming reception area, a private room for the wedding party for changing/storing belongings etc. and a large, fully, fitted kitchen for caterers to use.

The hall benefits from good natural light and is complemented by attractive decor and modern facilities. There are stunning views immediately outside the hall providing great opportunities for the wedding photographer.
